Refund and Returns Policy

SocialBoost provides immediate access to digital educational materials after enrollment. Because course resources become available instantly through the platform, refund requests follow the conditions outlined below.


Access to Learning Materials

After enrollment, participants receive access to course modules, digital lessons, and additional educational resources available within the SocialBoost learning platform.

Because these materials are accessible immediately, refund eligibility depends on the level of course engagement.


Request Period

Participants may request a refund within five (5) calendar days from the purchase date.

This review period allows learners to explore introductory materials and evaluate the learning platform.


Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered when engagement with course materials remains minimal.

Eligibility may depend on:

• number of lessons accessed
• usage of downloadable materials
• participation in exercises or activities
• time spent within the platform

Platform activity may be reviewed before approving refund requests.


Processing

If a refund request is approved, the payment will be returned to the original payment method. Processing typically requires 10–20 business days depending on the payment provider.
